Lord, thank You for the many ways You show Your love for us…
You hear us when we call. You meet our every need. You do so many amazing things in us and through us, so much more than we could ask or even imagine.
Truly, You are a God of miracles.
Lord, we thank You for everyday blessings, the ordinary, extraordinary miracles unfolding all around us. The things we so often take for granted. The simple gifts. The little wonders. The treasures hidden in plain sight.
Thank You for the precious people You have brought into our lives — friends old and new — family members near and far. Those who are still with us and those whose memories live on in our hearts and in our laughter and our tears.
Thank You for those so hard to love, who teach us to love as You love — and remind us how You have loved us when we were most unlovely and unloveable: unconditionally.
Thank You, too, for the thorns, the trials and tribulations, the everpresent problems that force us to lean in and lean on and hold tight to our everpresent Help.
Thank You, most of all, for who You are.
The Creator of Heaven and Earth…
The Almighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.
Our Rock, our Refuge, our Healer, our Provider…
You are and forever will be “the God who loved me and gave Himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20)
